Ness Digital Engineering secures multiple Brandon Hall Awards for employee programs

According to recent reports, employee disengagement continues to weigh heavily on business performance in 2025.

Today, more than ever before, the search for effective ways to engage and develop staff is pushing companies to rethink traditional approaches.

Ness Digital Engineering has reported success with its own internal programs, securing four awards at the 2025 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards. The honors included Silver medals for Best Hybrid Learning Program and Best Leadership Development Program, and Bronze for Best Certification Program and Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders.

The Brandon Hall awards are widely regarded as an industry benchmark. Independent judges weigh submissions based on business alignment, program design, and measurable outcomes, with the aim of identifying what works in practice.

“Talent is the cornerstone of our success, and we are deeply invested in their learning and development,” said Ranjit Tinaikar, CEO of Ness Digital Engineering.

The company has innovation hubs in the U.S., Eastern Europe, and India, where its workforce supports clients on digital transformation projects. “Our programs have accelerated internal mobility, reduced external hiring costs, and cultivated future-ready leaders across the organization,” added Shivadarshan Deshamudre, who leads global learning and development.

The results build on previous recognition: Ness won five Brandon Hall awards last year. Together, these honors reflect the company’s ongoing focus on aligning workforce initiatives with business goals, even as the pace of technological change continues to rise.
