Among his accomplishments; Michael led creation of nGenera’s Analytics & Collaboration Technologies Services group (ACTs). For Diamond Technology, Michael led development of the go-to-market strategy for a successful Electronic Bill Payment and Presentation (EBPP) solution for financial services institutions. Finally, Michael also had a leadership role in the development and execution of the famed Pepsi Challenge and for A.C. Nielsen created the Confectionary Index (NCTI), which resulted in the largest new offering launch in their history.
