Georgia-based call answering service VoiceNation today announces its inclusion in Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies. This award places VoiceNation among a select group of high-growth, US-based companies working today, and highlights the entrepreneurial spirit of its recipients.
The Inc. 5000 lists companies by their three-year growth rate and is open only to privately-held, US-based companies with a minimum revenue of $2 million. Per Inc.’s website, the award offers “nationally recognized validation of your hard work, dedication, and yes, resilience.” Previous recipients include Chobani, Under Armour, and Microsoft.
Total revenue for the Inc. 5000 tops over $200 billion, per the outlet’s website, and the companies honored account for over 580,000 jobs. For VoiceNation, one of the few Georgia-based SMBs to make the list, the Inc. 5000 represents a first-time honor and a new opportunity to work with other entrepreneurs and gain greater exposure for their services.
The full searchable database of honorees and more information are available at the Inc. 5000 website. Businesses can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria. VoiceNation is one of only three telecommunications companies in Georgia to win placement, making the award particularly weighty for the Buford-based call answering service.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to receive this award,” said Eric Schurke, VP of Operations at VoiceNation. “Obviously, our positive year-over-year growth rate is important in its own right. Yet the recognition for our efforts is greatly appreciated, particularly as our VoiceNation employees and clients are working harder than ever to meet the demands of the new normal. This award is a definite boon to our effort to improve the way people communicate globally.”
