Peer-to-peer is of course an affective marketing strategy, but across Twitter and Facebook links don’t spread quickly ( go ‘viral’), so the affects are short-term. StumbleUpon trumps other social media platforms not only in terms of link longevity, but also in the total amount of time users spend on the platform.
