In 2025, the role of communication in leadership is being redefined. We’re entering a new era where communication isn’t just a soft skill—it’s the strategic currency of leadership.
As an AI-driven business communication solution, the platform by Prezent is transforming how executives and enterprises think about this area.
In order to gain a detailed understanding of the communication challenges that enterprise executives are grappling with today, Prezent announced this week it’s welcomed Adele Trombetta to its Senior Executive Board.
Currently working as the SVP and GM of Customer Experience at Cisco EMEA, Adele has over 25 years of experience in tech with a reputation for driving AI-powered innovation, large-scale transformation, and sustainable impact. Recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 50 MEA Businesswomen, her career has spanned across executive roles at IBM, DXC, and Cisco.
She brings a unique blend of strategic vision and executional rigor.
For Adele, joining the executive board at Prezent means she can support the company’s ongoing mission to democratize great business communication.
Rather than being a low-priority soft skill, she recognizes the strategic importance of good communication and how it influences every facet of the business, for better or worse.
She’s also aware, as a global executive leader, that professionals lack access to supportive communication tools.
“Every leader faces this challenge. And now more than ever, with increasing complexity all around us, it’s crucial to be able to handle that complexity and turn it into clarity. Then turn that clarity into influence. That’s what makes communication truly powerful,” Adele explained.
She continued, “Prezent doesn’t just automate slides. It brings together AI-driven personalization and human-grade storytelling. That combination makes it possible to unlock leadership potential, scale storytelling across the organization, and add power to every voice in the enterprise.”
Prezent recently raised an additional $20 million in funding, bringing their total funding to $45 million.
The investment will help expand Astrid—the first-of-its-kind contextually intelligent AI tool for business presentations—into new industries and geographies to address widespread productivity issues across the enterprise market.
With the support of Adele, Prezent is on track to evolve from a high-impact presentation tool into something much bigger: the operating system of executive influence.
“Any time a leader—or even an employee—is called to drive clarity, trust, and innovation, Prezent can play a role. That’s how it becomes more than a product. It becomes a platform that helps the enterprise excel,” she concluded.
