The Asian tech ecosystem is gearing up for one of its most important gatherings of the year. From July 8 to 10, 2026, more than 200 business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors from around the world will meet in Hengqin and Macau, China, for the Horasis Asia Meeting 2026. This high-level event will focus on accelerating innovation and exploring Asia’s role as a catalyst for global technological leadership.

Against a backdrop of rapid technological disruption, the summit will provide a trusted platform for dialogue between the public and private sectors. Through more than 30 sessions, attendees will debate the forces redefining the continent’s future, including artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and innovation ecosystems.

The 5th industrial revolution takes center stage

A major focus of the event will be the impact of deep tech and the transition to new industrial models. Key panel discussions will include “Asian Horizons in the Age of the 5th Industrial Revolution” and “Technology as Asia’s Catalyst for Global Leadership”. These sessions aim to chart a course for tech startups and enterprises looking to scale globally in an era of rapid transformation.

Frank-Jürgen Richter, Chairman of Horasis, highlighted the region’s prominent role: “Asia is entering a defining decade. Its leadership in technology, entrepreneurship and sustainable development is increasingly shaping the global economy”.

The choice of Hengqin and Macau as the host location is highly strategic; the region has emerged as a laboratory for cross-border cooperation and innovation, offering a dynamic integration model for the businesses of tomorrow.
