As artificial intelligence moves deeper into life sciences, the industry is confronting a communication challenge alongside the technology shift: how to make increasingly complex scientific information clear, useful, and actionable.
That question will be at the center of Articulate 2026: The Communication Revolution, an invitation-only executive summit organized by Prezent Vivo and scheduled for October 1 at the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia.
The event is expected to bring together more than 100 biopharma leaders across Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Commercial, Market Access, and Field Medical to discuss the intersection of AI, human expertise, and scientific communication.
Among the individuals being recognized around the event is Erin O’Hare, who has been nominated for the Woman of Impact in Life Sciences Award.
O’Hare brings nearly two decades of experience across the pharmaceutical industry and management consulting, with a career spanning Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access.
She currently serves as Senior Director, Global Operations and Medical Excellence at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, where her role combines strategic planning with operational execution across complex initiatives and therapeutic areas.
Her nomination comes as the life sciences sector increasingly considers how cross-functional leadership can help organizations manage the growing volume and complexity of scientific information.
Communication becomes a strategic issue for biopharma
Articulate 2026 is built around the premise that scientific breakthroughs only create impact when they can be effectively understood and communicated.
The summit will examine that issue through executive conversations, case studies, live AI demonstrations, and panels focused on the changing role of communication in biopharma. Topics include how data moves from clinical trials into practice, how AI is changing scientific communication, and how organizations can adopt new technology without compromising trust, rigor, or patient impact.
One session, “From Quill to AI: The New Craft,” will examine how artificial intelligence can strengthen or weaken the discipline behind scientific communication. Another executive panel will explore what biopharma can learn from the technology sector as organizations seek to scale AI-driven communication.
The event will also feature the BioPharma AI Excellence Awards, alongside other Articulate 2026 recognitions covering areas such as innovation, collaboration, execution, storytelling, and leadership.
