Update: Donations have now ended. Over $650 was raised for Tsunami Relief in 72 hours. Thanks for all the support! A few weeks ago, I applied to be Charlie Sheen’s Social Media Intern off the cuff. Now, I’m in the third round and doing all I can to be a part of his Guinness World Record-breaking team. In order to advance past this round and make the historical career move of becoming Charlie Sheen’s #TigerBloodIntern, I have to respond to the following question: “If you were the Social Media Director for a major humanitarian aid organization, how would you create awareness and raise money via social media in the aftermath of a global disaster?” Instead of just sending in an answer, I figured I’d go ahead and launch a real campaign and present them my results. Watch the video to the right for full details or click the button below to give a donation for Tsunami Relief in Japan – 100% of the proceeds will donated to the American Red Cross. Donations will cease at the end of the day on March 25th. The donation period is now over. For more information on Japan, see below: Photo courtesy of antongorbov
