Charlie Sheen’s Intern raising money for Tsunami Relief

By March 25, 2011

Update: Donations have now ended. Over $650 was raised for Tsunami Relief in 72 hours. Thanks for all the support!

A few weeks ago, I applied to be Charlie Sheen’s Social Media Intern off the cuff. Now, I’m in the third round and doing all I can to be a part of his Guinness World Record-breaking team.

In order to advance past this round and make the historical career move of
becoming Charlie Sheen’s #TigerBloodIntern, I
have to respond to the following question:

“If you were the Social Media Director for a major humanitarian aid organization, how would you create awareness and raise money via social media in the aftermath of a global disaster?”

InsteadĀ of just sending in an answer, I figured I’d go ahead and launch a real campaign and present them my results. Watch the video to the right for full details or click the button below to give a donation for Tsunami Relief in Japan – 100% of the proceeds will donated to the American Red Cross. Donations will cease at the end of the day on March 25th.

The donation period is now over.
