GoodGist, a Foster City, California startup that creates artificial intelligence (AI) agents to aid all types of working professionals, announced this week that it has beta launched its Agentic Process Automation platform.
The platform is designed to maximize the productivity of professionals across various industries by enabling the creation of custom AI Agents in minutes.
AI agents, according to Amazon, are software that can “interact with its environment, collect data, and use the data to perform self-determined tasks to meet predetermined goals.”
The Agentic Process Automation platform allows users to deploy AI agents tailored to their specific needs in the workplace. Traditional automation tools can often require extensive coding knowledge, but GoodGist’s platform is designed to be user-friendly and capable of performing multiple tasks.
The new platform will allow professionals to automate repetitive tasks, such as data collection, email management, and calendar optimization, enabling them to focus on more strategic work and drive real value.
Additionally, the platform operates on a pay-per-interaction model so that it is cost-effective and scalable for organizations of any size. GoodGist also offers the flexibility of embedding AI Agents into websites or integrating them deeply with existing applications via APIs. For customer service, AI Agents on the platform can provide round-the-clock assistance, automating common inquiries and escalating complex issues to human agents when necessary.
“The key advantage is that we use an AI agent to help you generate other AI agents behind the scenes. Unlike creating GPTs or using any other platform where you have to engineer prompts, our system interacts with you in a more comprehensive way to ensure that the end result is very specific to your use case,” said Ruban Phukan, CEO of GoodGist, in a statement.
“We believe that there are a few Industries in particular that can benefit from our platform, including finance, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing,” he added.
The company said it is working closely with a group of users to finalize the AI Agents before they roll them out fully.
