Ness Digital Engineering, a company focused on software, data, and digital product engineering, has appointed Sudip Singh as its new CEO.

The firm, acquired by KKR in 2022, works with enterprises to accelerate digital transformation through artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and modern product development.

Singh brings extensive industry experience to the role. He previously served as CEO of ITC Infotech and held global leadership positions at Infosys. He succeeds Dr. Ranjit Tinaikar, who led the company for the past six years.

“Ness’ strong presence and deep specialization have enabled the creation of platforms that support some of the world’s most critical businesses,” Singh said in a press statement.

A key moment for the company

One of Singh’s main priorities will be expanding the adoption of the company’s recent AI initiatives, including ATONIS, a full-lifecycle artificial intelligence workbench designed to enhance human productivity in software development.

Ness has also been closely monitoring the impact of these tools. In recent months, the company evaluated more than 100 engineers using AI copilots in real production environments to measure improvements in efficiency.

“This foundation positions us uniquely to thrive in the AI economy, where value is measured by real business outcomes,” Singh said. “I’m excited to lead Ness, with our clients’ success guiding everything we do.”

The leadership transition also comes as Ness continues expanding its presence in Latin America. In 2025, the company opened new offices in Guadalajara, Mexico under Tinaikar’s leadership, strengthening its global AI centers of excellence while reinforcing the region’s importance as a nearshoring destination for North American companies.
