Prezent goes live with Communication Fingerprint 2.0, donates $1 for each new Fingerprint profile

Prezent, the AI-powered presentation productivity startup, is announcing today its launch of Communication Fingerprint 2.0.

The platform enables executives to unlock their unique communication style, and assigns communication archetypes for each person.

Whether Architect, Scholar, Performer or Producer, these are based on personal communication styles and the inherent pros and cons associated with them.

The company will also be donating $1 to the No Kid Hungry Foundation for each new Fingerprint profile created.

With its version 2.0, additional new features include:

  • Redesign: Update existing content into presentations that resonate and have impact
  • Compliance Checker: Convert “Frankenstein” decks into brand-aligned slides with a click of a button
  • Synthesis: Automatically create one-page, easy-to digest Executive Summaries—from presentation decks of 10-20 slides

“We believe everyone deserves a fair chance to bring their ideas to life. Our mission is to democratize business communication. We’ve built a platform that automates and simplifies the many communication-related challenges in an enterprise,” said Prezent CEO Rajat Mishra (featured photo above).

“I am grateful to the thousands of members in Fortune 2000 companies who trust Prezent. Their stories of saving 50%–70% time, getting recognized at work, and improving company productivity inspire us every day,” added the executive.

Prezent is a leading platform for business communications, providing data-based intelligence to mold hyper-personalized templates, storylines, and branded presentations, reducing time on this by up to 70%.

The launch of Communication Fingerprint 2.0 follows on the company raising $20M in funding in April 2022.
