EarnYourself Launches Hot On Charlie Sheen’s Heels: AWESOME

Got #Tigerblood? Earn Yourself

Fresh from the demented (in a creative way) mind of Henry Arlander comes a brand new site straight out of San Francisco, EarnYourself

“What,” you are asking yourself, “is this nonsense?”

From Post #1:

“You already own you.
Now go…
Earn the power.
Earn the Truth.
Earn the most important component
in this entire dimension, your self
#EarnYourself

Right on Henry, Right on. F*&k yeah, that’s what I’m talking about.

  • This site shows absolutely no creativity or original thought. It is obvious that this person is just out to earn a quick buck by piggybacking off of a crazy celebrity. Sites like these are universally panned now-a-days. They may have worked 15 years ago when the web was exploding but people's palettes have become much more distinguished and there is no tolerance for lack of creativity, lack of effort sites like these.

    • ...or other people find them funny diversions as a break from work. Yes its cashing in on the Charlie Sheen story, but its still fun.

Not every web site on the Internet is full of seriousness. Sometimes you just want a laugh or a smile

    • Quick buck? The Cheezburger Network (home of Fail Blog, I Can Has Cheezburger and a bunch of other insanely popular blogs) makes millions in revenue year after year. For staying in tune with memes and pop culture.

Original? Maybe not. Creative? Sure, from a business sense.

I chatted with Cheezburger's Ben Huh recently to learn how his network became so successful with this type of content: http://www.beyondthepedway.com/ben-huh-i-can-has-...
