“After an extensive period of planning and development, we are delighted to bring Classroom Manager to K-12 schools” – Charlie Sander, CEO of ManagedMethods

By April 3, 2025

This week ManagedMethods, a leading provider of cybersecurity, student safety, and compliance products for K-12 school districts, launched its new Classroom Manager.

The product, a new cloud-based classroom management tool tailored to the most pressing needs of educators, offers a comprehensive solution for online instruction and learning in the classroom that “puts control back into the hands of teachers”, according to a statement from the company.

It also integrates with ManagedMethod’s AI-powered Content Filter, which is designed to help schools comply with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and E-rate requirements.

ManagedMethods is introducing the product to help teachers can better optimize classroom instruction time, allowing them to easily block, close, and set certain tabs active for students.

A big goal of the product is to help teachers keep students engaged and focused during class.

ManagedMethods was founded in 2013 by Charlie Sander and Al Aghili, and makes Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 security easy — no proxy, no agent, and no special training needed.

The company is based in Colorado.
