3D Without the Glasses or the TV?

3D capable displays are popping up everywhere, but people don’t seem all that thrilled about it. The adoption of 3D technology is being significantly held back because, well, the glasses are lame. While other solutions exist outside of spectacles, their viewing capabilities are typically significantly limited depending on the angle of sight.

But what if we looked at the TV screen as the issue and not the glasses? What if somehow we could free 3D image from their 2D prison? Enter Burton Inc., a Japanese company who is answering both of those questions with their TRUE 3D display.
